Your plan covers the number of devices specified in your tier (Monthly/Yearly). This includes PCs, laptops, and printers. Smart home devices (thermostats, cameras) may require on-site service, which is covered based quote we have provided.
All plans include unlimited remote technical support. Our Monthly and Yearly plans also include 3 times visit in a year, also discounted or free on-site service calls from our local Saskatoon expert team for issues that cannot be resolved remotely (e.g., hardware failure, complex networking).
Our primary support hours are 8am to 6pm(Mon-Saturday). For urgent issues outside of these times, Monthly and Yearly members receive priority callback service and faster resolution times.
Your plan is billed monthly, automatically, based on the plan you select. We believe in transparent pricing the monthly fee is all-inclusive for the services listed. Any hardware or external software purchases required will be discussed and approved by you upfront.
Monthly Memberships: May be canceled anytime if no services or benefits have been availed. If any benefit has been used, membership cannot be canceled before a minimum commitment of 10 months. Where benefits or services have already been delivered, the client must pay the full cost of such services before cancellation is processed.
Annual Memberships: Refunds are available only if canceled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable, but services remain active until expiry.
